GENKI

Your training plan, calculated. In your calendar.

Genki is a training coach for runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes. It reads your Strava activities, calculates your fitness and plans swim, bike, run, strength and recovery sessions into the free time in your Google Calendar.

What it does

How it works

  1. Sign in with Google

So Genki can find free time in your calendar and put your sessions there.

  2. Tell it your goal

A race, a distance or just getting fitter, plus the hours you have, injuries and equipment.

  3. Connect Strava

Optional: your recent activities set your paces and starting load. You can also enter results by hand.

  4. Get your week

Review the plan, add it to your calendar, and train. The plan adapts as your activities come in.

What Genki does with your Google account

Genki asks for these permissions when you sign in with Google, and uses them only to plan your training:

Your email address
To sign you in and to check that you are on the invite list.
See your list of calendars
So appointments in your other calendars (shared, work or subscribed ones) count as busy when it looks for free time.
View and edit events in your calendars
To find the free time between your appointments, to see booked classes or a sauna you already have, and to add, move or remove the workouts Genki planned for you. It doesn't change events it didn't create.
Create its own โ€œGenkiโ€ calendar (optional)
Your workouts get a calendar of their own that you can show, hide or delete in one go. Without it, they go into your main calendar.

A new week plan goes into your calendar only after you approve it, and changes happen only when you ask for them. Your calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. Genki's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account in the app (About me โ†’ Settings โ†’ Account) at any time, or remove Genki's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
